05Does it use AI or machine learning on personal data (including embedded vendor AI features)?
06Does it involve systematic monitoring of individuals (employees, customers, or public spaces)?
07Will personal data cross borders (new international transfers or offshore hosting/support)?
08Are new third parties, vendors, or subprocessors gaining access to the data?
09Is the data used for a new purpose, or combined with other datasets in new ways?
10Could the processing plausibly cause harm if it went wrong (discrimination, financial loss, safety, reputational damage)?
